Sometimes it happens that buyers sends the price offers to sellers using make an offer option. But seller by default can only accept or deny the bid.

This mod will allow your sellers to send the counter offers to the buyers with their requested price, so buyer will be ablle to accept sellers request or deny.  Once seller sends a counteroffer, the email is sent to the buyer with the proposing price, so buyer can accept or deny it in his members area. if buyer denies the request , email is sent to the seller that buyer has denied the offer.
