This mod is perfect to start new way of earning from your auction website. Imagine situation: seller list an auctions with make an offer option enabled. (nobody wants to pay any fees, at least not untill item sold or about to be sold) so this is where this mod comes into an action, once buyer offers a seller xx price for his item, using make an offer feature.

Seller will not be able to see the offered prices for auction untill he pays (the fee you set in admin). And lets face the fact that any seller would like to see a proposal for his auction:)  So curiosity will force him to pay the small ammount to see the offer.

This fee is applied only once per auction, so seller once paid for particular auction, will be able to see all offers for this particular listing (the fee applies to all auctions seperate).
